Qualifications

• 4-6 years of related functional experience.
• 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience with DOT regulated positions required.
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to exceed customer KPIs and objectives.
• Interact daily with local customer to understand needs.
• Identify operational improvements in routing, carrier selection, backhauls, and loading.
• Collaborate with Penske sites to share best practices and resources.
• Develop and execute annual financial and operating plans.
• Maintain a safety-focused culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
