• Oversee day-to-day transportation management activities and implement sound business practices.

• Direct vehicle scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance in line with policies.
• Analyze costs, implement cost-control measures, and optimize transportation performance.
• Lead, develop, and manage direct reports and budget responsibilities.
