Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field.
• One+ year of direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) is required; advanced.
• Logistics industry knowledge; knowledge of local and federal regulations.
• Fundamental knowledge of supply chain components and strong manufacturing/production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned function and manage accounts.
• Lead direct reports and attain daily operational goals.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling to ensure service quality.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
