Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation operations, fleet management, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a customer-facing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all transportation operations in accordance with Aramark standards, company policies, safety requirements, and client expectations.
• Oversee daily transportation activities including fleet utilization, dispatch operations, route management, scheduling, staffing, and customer service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, National Park Service, and company regulations.
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline employees.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, guests, and internal departments.
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide financial forecasts.
• Respond to operational emergencies and service disruptions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
