Job summary

Hotard Shuttle is seeking a Lot Operations Supervisor in Lake Charles, LA. The role oversees daily lot operations, coordinating drivers, vehicles, and routes to ensure on-time performance while maintaining safety and compliance.

The supervisor will rotate across lots to address issues in real time and collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and management. Responsibilities include staff coordination, timecard oversight, incident documentation, and supporting onboarding of new drivers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated progressive leadership roles.
• Safety, Training and DOT Regulation experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ total experience with CDL (Class A or B).
• Minimum 1-year experience operating vehicle in-type (similar to prospective position).

Responsibilities

• Oversee lot operations to ensure drivers, vehicles, and routes stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with Leadership, Dispatch and Maintenance to address staffing challenges and vehicle issues.
• Inspect buses for readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
• Provide on-the-ground supervision by rotating between lots to resolve issues in real time.
• Enforce safety protocols and DOT regulations; conduct safety briefings.
• Represent Hotard Shuttle in external meetings and community initiatives.
