Amazon is seeking Transportation Area Managers to work throughout the United States. You will focus on safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity while leading a team of transportation associates to meet service goals.

You will collaborate with site leadership on metrics, implement standard work, drive Lean improvements, and ensure OSHA safety compliance. The role requires 2+ years of management experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with flexibility for weekends/nights.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays; 1+ years of metrics or lean experience.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma process improvements.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Industry experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution environments.

Responsabilidades
