Job summary

Beacon Mobility seeks an operations supervisor to oversee workflow across the operations team, drivers, and support staff in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on implementing policies to boost productivity and building a positive workplace culture.

You will assist the operations manager with planning, coordinating daily functions, and maintaining essential contact records with clients, contractors, and suppliers while monitoring budget to optimize performance. CDL readiness is required.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience.
• Driver's license.
• High school diploma.
• Will be required to obtain CDL.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations functions through members of the operations team, drivers, bus attendants, and other personnel as necessary.
• Assist the business and operations manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business.
• Maintain an updated client, customer, contractor, and supplier management system.
• Monitor expenses and budget in line with the finance and accounting department.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance.
• Help with the onboarding process including screen and interviewing candidates.
• Train new hires as necessary and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts.
• Coordinates with different departments to achieve optimal work production across the board.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
