Werner Enterprises is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Blue Ash, OH to oversee day-to-day transportation operations, driver relations and customer service functions to ensure satisfaction.

This full-time role runs 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, with responsibilities including load planning, dispatching, billing audits, payroll, and fleet maintenance scheduling. Starting pay ranges from $53,242.80 to $70,990.40 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Transportation/dispatch experience is required.
• Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance practices.
• Computer skills include Outlook, Windows and TMW.
• Excellent communication skills with strong customer and driver interaction.

Responsibilities

• Daily Load and Route Planning.
• Load Tracking and dispatcher responsibilities.
• Interact with drivers to coordinate operations.
• Customer Service and reporting to ensure satisfaction.
• Dispatching trucks to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other Terminal Managers in the area.
• Daily contact with customers by phone and email.
• Audit billing and payroll processes.
• Fleet maintenance scheduling.
