Job summary

Qualifications

• A High School diploma with at least three (3) years of related experience is required.
• An Associate's degree with at least one (1) year of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a functional team within the department.
• Organize programs and processes, establish tasks for the team, and set priorities.
• Work on issues requiring data analysis and various factors to resolve.
• Oversee the transportation of students, ensuring buses cover routes on time.
• Supervise and support bus drivers and monitors, and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and address safety and regulatory requirements.

Education

Associate's degree with 1 year related experience preferred
