Qualifications

• 2 years of transportation or supply chain experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel formulas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise transportation staff and daily operations.
• Train and evaluate staff; participate in hiring, promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actions.
• Plan, route, track orders and shipments; ensure on-time deliveries.
• Resolve carrier performance and compliance issues; provide updates to customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer or carrier issues; report outcomes.
• Generate and maintain required reports and audit documentation.
