Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 4-year degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, especially via telephone
• Good employee relations skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor driver performance and payroll
• Maintain records of driver pay and equipment maintenance
• Ensure DOT compliance and proper driver logs
• Coordinate routing for optimal efficiency
• Plan and schedule transportation personnel and weekly payroll
• Verify vendor invoices and manage accounts payable
• Monitor fuel, mileage, and monthly expenses
• Ensure safety and minimize breakdowns
