Job summary

Ryder in Orlando, FL is seeking an Operations Coordinator II to support driver routes, respond to customer inquiries, and provide clerical help across the West Region. You will help ensure compliant, smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and strong communication with drivers, customers, and leadership, with regular weekly compensation and a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Two or more years of administrative and clerical support experience required.
• Strong customer service and telephone etiquette skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones.
• Coordinate and route driver schedules and respond to inquiries from drivers and customers.
• Assist with light dispatch operations and maintain records with accuracy.
