Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Transportation Operations Assistant for a full-time, onsite role. You will help manage daily operational tasks, support data collection for reports, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Expect a first-shift schedule (7am or 7:30am start) Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $26.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare data for operational reports. Perform data entry tasks contributing to accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist in processing orders, creating, reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership and perform general clerical duties.
• Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• The Transportation Operations Assistant is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational tasks and enhancing overall efficiency and safety within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an aptitude for data management, and a collaborative spirit.
• Gather and prepare data for various operational reports. Perform data entry tasks contributing to accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist in processing orders, creating, reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership, general clerical duties, and collect and prepare information for various operational reports
• Transportation Operations Assistants are responsible for interacting with internal and external customers as well as collaborating with multiple teams
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience
