Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Transportation Operations Assistant to help ensure smooth daily tasks, data management, and safe operations. The role requires strong communication and collaboration across teams.

You will gather data for reports, assist in processing orders and documents, and provide administrative support to leadership. A High School diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience is required; a proactive, detail-oriented mindset is valued.

Responsibilities

• The Transportation Operations Assistant is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational tasks and enhancing overall efficiency and safety within the organization.
• Gather and prepare data for various operational reports. Perform data entry tasks contributing to accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist in processing orders, creating, reconciling delivery documents, and tracking service performance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Provide confidential administrative support to leadership, general clerical duties, and collect and prepare information for various operational reports
• Transportation Operations Assistants are responsible for interacting with internal and external customers as well as collaborating with multiple teams
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience
