Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain.
• Strong background in transportation engineering within a consulting environment.
• Experience leading project teams and managing client relationships.
• Experience delivering projects for public agencies and local jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and grow staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation infrastructure projects from planning through design and construction support.
• Help establish and grow the Memphis transportation practice, including recruiting and mentoring staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, local agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with transportation, water/wastewater, and water resources teams on multidisciplinary projects.
• Oversee project planning, budgets, schedules, and technical quality.
• Support business development, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff.
