Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is seeking a Transportation Network Representative to serve as the frontline contact for transportation providers and facilities. You will coach, onboard, and audit providers, coordinate facility liaison activities, and triage trip-level issues to ensure on-time service and compliance.

The role requires field-based engagement with providers, strong documentation skills, and the ability to support continuous improvement in member care and vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Three plus (3+) years of experience in transportation operations, provider relations, and/or healthcare network coordination.
• Experience training and onboarding providers on operational processes and compliance standards.
• Field-based work experience with clear policy communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assigned Provider Contacts: primary point of contact for providers/facilities; conduct at least 10 engagements annually; document interactions and resolve issues per SLAs.
• Coach, Train, and Onboard Providers: deliver coaching and training sessions; support onboarding; enforce performance standards.
• Conduct Field Audits and Inspections: perform live trip audits and vehicle inspections; verify GPS/time stamps and coach for improvements.
