You will coach drivers, balance competing priorities, and make timely decisions to keep freight moving while ensuring driver home-time and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Operations, Planning, Logistics, Transportation, or Customer Account Management.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
