You will coach a team of 10+ drivers, optimize operations, monitor safety metrics, build strong relationships, and deliver results while balancing competing priorities. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on people, process, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Planning, Logistics, Transportation, or Customer Account Management.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate others.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience balancing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
