Qualifications

• 3+ years’ supervisory experience in transportation or related field.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service.
• Experience with routing and driver scheduling.
• CDL Class A license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise drivers to maximize productivity and utilization.
• Educate and train drivers on safety, hours of service, and company policies.
• Maintain communication with drivers to ensure on-time service and customer satisfaction.
• Review load assignments and coordinate maintenance schedules for vehicles.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach delivery drivers; manage payroll records.
• Plan workload and adjust headcount to meet department objectives; generate reports.
