Swift Transportation is seeking a qualified Operations Leader in Utah to oversee a fleet of 10+ drivers and optimize driver availability and profitability. This role emphasizes coaching, timely communication, and maintaining high performance under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in operations/planning/customer accounts, proven leadership, and strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong focus on safety and cost management is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Operations and/or Planning and/or Customer Accounts required.
• Must be able to lead others.
• Must possess exceptional communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be able to work in high pressure situations in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Routinely review P/L for assigned area and find ways to maximize profitability.

• Maximize P/L for all assigned tractors and trailers.
• Proactively manage safety performance to achieve insurance and claims cost as a percentage of revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities: What you will do
