Job summary

Swift Transportation is seeking a candidate to provide essential support to drivers during absences or during evening and weekend hours, ensuring loads are delivered safely and on time. You will fuel and route drivers, dispatch resources, and resolve issues within authorized limits.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and solid problem-solving skills, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Previous driving experience and/or operations, and/or customer experience required.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work in high pressure situations.
• Must possess strong problem solving skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Range:

$18.82 - $23.00 Hourly
