gategroup is looking for a Full-time role responsible for maintaining production standards and ensuring quality service. You will coordinate services between kitchen and drivers, manage schedules, and lead a team of up to 150 employees.
The candidate should have supervisory experience in the food service industry and possess strong leadership skills. Additional perks include paid time off, 401k match, and employee assistance programs.
The position is responsible for maintaining production standards to meet customer’s requirements, which duties include scheduling, communication, productivity, labor controls and efficiency standards. Must ensure quality and customer service is maintained at the highest level on a daily basis.
$65-70k/annual

Regularly stands, walks, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 10+ hour
In a normal production kitchen facility there may be physical discomfort due to temperature and noise
Ability to lift, push, pull or maneuver 50-75 lbs
Ability to work outdoors 75-80% of the time
Ability to work at heights at or above 50 feet.
