gategroup is seeking a skilled supervisor to oversee transport-related operations, coordinating between kitchen teams and drivers to ensure efficient service. You will manage labor forecasting, crew assignments, and fleet readiness to meet flight schedules.
The role requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced environments, with a focus on safety, leadership, and communication. Must be capable of lifting up to 50-75 lbs and working outdoors as needed.

The position is responsible for maintaining production standards to meet customer’s requirements, which duties include scheduling, communication, productivity, labor controls and efficiency standards. Must ensure quality and customer service is maintained at the highest level on a daily basis.
Annal Salary Range: $65-70k/annual
Benefits:
Education: High School degree or GED required. Some college preferred.
Work Experience: Must have 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience. Experience with scheduling and forecasting labor preferred. In-flight catering experience or experience in a high-volume food service industry highly desirable. Must have strong and effective leadership skills and have successfully managed a staff of 20-30. Current or previous labor relations experience is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing priority. Candidate should be comfortable with all levels of employees and have the ability to drive positive program change. Must be innovative in making changes to the operation as needed to further improve the work environment and unit performance. Basic computer skills required. Possess strong organizational, analytical, communication and leadership.
Valid Driver's License
Language / Communication Skills: Bi-lingual is a plus

Regularly stands, walks, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 10+ hour. In a normal production kitchen facility there may be physical discomfort due to temperature and noise. Ability to lift, push, pull or maneuver 50-75 lbs. Ability to work outdoors 75-80% of the time. Ability to work at heights at or above 50 feet.
