Transportation/Maintenance Assistant

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring for a Transportation/Maintenance Assistant responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation for residents to various activities, functions, and medical appointments. The role also includes assisting the Property Maintenance Technician with general building maintenance throughout the community.

What we're looking for:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver's License with an excellent driving record
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and common tools
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions
• Motor coordination and depth perception for routines such as driving the van and working with tools
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• A positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, and co-workers
