Responsibilities

• Support internal and broker drivers, manage high-volume logistics operations, and liaise between drivers, management, and customers.
• Focus on safety, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement in NexTier’s supply chain operations.
• Prepare logistics analysis and operational reports.
• Evaluate driver performance and resolve customer issues effectively.
