Job description

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Manage suppliers to ensure their performance is compliant with KPIs and expectations of their contract

Monitor performance reporting dashboards in PowerBI and the internally existing KPI dashboard to provide management with real-time operational visibility

Recommend strategic supplier management approaches to resolve performance challenges

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Production, Direct Procurement, Digital Productivity & Innovation, Regulatory, Quality, Product Technology & Engineering, HSE, Customer Service, and NA Logistics colleagues

Develop and Implement solutions for challenges arising in Distribution Planning, Inventory Management, Import/Export operations, and Production processes as they relate to the Supply Chain

Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through improved logistics

Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Marketing to align logistics capabilities with customer needs

Skills:

• Proficiency in Logistics based technology solutions, such as TMS (E2Open preferred), SAP, and carrier web portals
• Strong understanding of freight milestone structures, reason codes, and SLA frameworks
• Experience with freight claims management processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make timely and efficient decisions

Education:
