Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Operations or Logistics Supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of TMS, ERP, Excel, and transportation analytics or visibility tools.
• APICS, CILT, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Strong urgency, service orientation, negotiation awareness, and structured escalation skills.
• Fluent in English and the local plant language, as required.

Responsibilities

• Transportation Planning: maintain lane and PFEP inputs to define mode, routing, consolidation, and capacity.
• Routing and Carrier Compliance: execute sourcing decisions, routing guides, contracted carriers, and escalation rules.
• Execution and Visibility: tender, dispatch, monitor, and recover shipments; maintain status visibility.
• Premium Freight Controller: enforce approvals, reason codes, cost ownership, root cause, and recurrence prevention.
• Cost and Performance Operator: track freight cost, premium freight, routing compliance, utilization, and carrier performance.
