Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Coordinator at the Sierra Distribution Center in Ashville, Ohio. You will manage day-to-day transport activities, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and ensure timely delivery of TJX merchandise while maintaining cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel. This full-time role offers a daytime shift Mon–Fri and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience.
• Associate Degree preferred, not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication with all levels of management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and Excel spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of cross‑dock deliveries and scheduling.
• Meet KPIs and manage performance with root‑cause analysis.
• Assist in peak season planning for transportation needs.
• Assist Transportation Manager with yard staffing and inbound/outbound duties.
• Coordinate with field leadership and carriers to ensure service standards.
