Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Coordinator for HomeGoods to manage day-to-day transportation operations, coordinating with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely and cost-efficient movement of merchandise.

You will monitor shipments, support crossdock and store deliveries, and drive performance against KPIs while escalating issues to the Transportation Manager. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; salary ranges are posted and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Support crossdock and store deliveries with accurate shipping plans and schedules.
• Deliver operational performance against KPIs and perform root-cause analyses with action plans.
• Assist peak season plans to support business needs.
• Coordinate yard staffing, auditing, and inbound/outbound transportation tasks.
• Communicate with field leadership, store ops, and carriers to ensure service standards.
• Plan truck capacity and ensure adequate truck power and trailers.
