Job summary

Responsibilities include planning outbound movements, monitoring performance, and assisting in yard staffing and project initiatives. A background in logistics with strong Excel and TMS skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; associate degree or 2 years relatable experience preferred.
• 1-2 years in operations/transportation with leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound trailer movements, with shipping plans, schedules, and optimization.
• Monitor KPIs, follow up with carriers, and address late arrivals.
• Support yard staffing, scheduling, and various inbound/outbound transport duties.
• Create SOPs and share best practices for outbound activities.
