gpac, partnered with an award-winning multi-disciplinary firm in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks a Transportation Lead to manage projects, budgets, timelines, and DOT reporting. You will lead planning and design activities, ensuring strong client relationships and effective communication with the DOT and partners.

The role emphasizes business development with DOT clients, occasional travel in South Dakota, and public speaking.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of transportation experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, budgets, and scheduling.
• Perform business development to grow DOT client relationships and teaming partners.
• Participate at DOT workshops, meetings, and events.
• Provide support and project lead for planning, design, and reporting on transportation projects.
• Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets for DOT projects.
