Job summary

HDR, Inc. invites Summer 2027 interns to join its Transportation Business Group in Tyler, Texas. The internship focuses on Civil Engineering principles, mentorship programs, and exposure to real-world transportation projects that shape mobility and infrastructure.

Selected students will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with engineers and leaders, and apply standard techniques under supervision, while contributing to HDR's employee-owned culture and community impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference given to local/regional candidates pursuing a Civil Engineering Degree during Summer 2027
• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
