Role Description:
As the Transportation Integration Manager, you will be responsible for leading the creation and transformation of mechanisms that support the success of ShipBob’s expanding transportation network. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to create and reinforce mechanisms that support a seamless experience (pre, during, and post-implementation) for both internal teams (3P Transportation, Sort Center, Configuration, Merchant Care/Success) and ShipBob’s customers. As the bridge between our Sales, Operations, and Product organizations, you will work backwards from merchant and shipper-facing goals on cost and quality to define ShipBob’s overall implementation strategy. To support this responsibility, you will identify, lead, and create processes with well-defined input metrics, establish clear ownership and reporting cadences, and partner with ShipBob’s product and capacity planning teams to ensure our processes and technology support our long-term growth plans. This role reports to the Senior Director, Transportation.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. We are targeting a base salary range of $76,000 - $86,000 for this role. The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $67,973 - $113,288. In addition to base salary, this role includes the opportunity to be eligible for participation in the Company's discretionary bonus plan based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company’s policies.
