The role requires a Property & Casualty license in Illinois and a strong service mindset, with hybrid/remote options for Chicago, IL or Houston, TX residents.

The ideal candidate combines 1+ year of customer service experience with precise communication and an ability to work independently within a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in IL or TX.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing book of commercial lines accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand coverage and deepen client relationships.
• Oversee transactions, documentation, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
• Analyze clients’ coverage needs and compare policy options.
• Act as liaison between clients and carriers to resolve service, claims, and billing issues.
