Qualifications

• We are seeking insurance professionals with 5 years of commercial insurance experience, an active P&C license, and commercial transportation / trucking experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical, and customer service support to the account team and assigned clients.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements; manage certificates, ID cards, binders, invoices, and related documents.
• Support policy issuance and documentation accuracy; assist in new and renewal business; gather underwriting information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems; monitor activities and ensure timely task completion.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections; minimize errors and omissions exposure.
