Job summary

Tailored Brands is seeking a Transportation Hub Supervisor to oversee daily hub operations and drive merchandise delivery to stores. You will manage HUB staff, ensure on-time routes, and uphold safety and security standards across the operation.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced distribution center, with focus on coaching team members, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with store operations to meet delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (Class A or B CDL preferred but not required).
• DOT physical and drug screen must be passable.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Experience supervising in a logistics environment is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to coach and develop a team of HUB staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of HUB personnel and ensure timely deliveries to stores.
• Drive HUB routes and deliver merchandise to stores.
• Oversee receiving, processing, loading and unloading of freight.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and report to management.
• Maintain safety and security of merchandise and equipment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
• Communicate with store operations to discuss delivery issues and objectives.
