Job summary

Lamp Rynearson is seeking a Transportation Group Leader in our Omaha office. You will lead strategy, provide operational oversight, and drive performance across Federal, Aviation, and Traffic and Roadway sectors, while managing client relationships and developing group talent.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, PE licensure in Nebraska, 10+ years in transportation markets, and proven leadership and financial acumen to advance Lamp Rynearson’s core values and client-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Nebraska
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Federal, Aviation, and/or Transportation markets
• Strategic thinking skills and ability to implement long range plans
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and mentor team members
• Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships, and other seller-doer skills
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of key performance indicators
• Strong knowledge of local, state and federal regulations and permitting processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to delegate work effectively
• Strong track record of successfully managing projects
