The Joint Fiscal Office in Montpelier, Vermont seeks a Transportation Fiscal Analyst to provide nonpartisan, evidence‑based financial and policy analyses, forecasts, and recommendations on transportation finance for legislators.

The analyst will collaborate with legislative staff, agencies, and stakeholders to develop fiscal notes and public testimony on transportation topics, with the possibility of some remote work during adjournment and longer hours during sessions.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of the legislative process and public policy.
