Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate activities with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of federal, state, regional and local laws, regulations, procedures and policies related to transportation operations.
• Knowledge of budget administration, financial management and related state and federal law, policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of transportation planning and project management.
• Skill in budgeting, funding allocation methods and expenditure tracking.
• Skill in gathering and analyzing large data sets to identify problems, develop solutions, forecast, monitor outcomes and generate reports.
• Skill in using computers and web-based applications including automated financial and project management programs.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional: Support IID planning and programming; communicate with stakeholders, facilitate training and compliance, build partnerships.
• Financial and Federal Funds Management: Perform financial lifecycle activities, reporting and reconciliation per standards; support federal activities and reporting.
• Local Programs Support: Assist IID activities for local program coordination and delivery.
• Portfolio Development and Management: Implement policies related to portfolio development; align resources for construction program delivery across years.
