Job summary

Vertical Earth, Inc seeks a Transportation Field Engineer to oversee day-to-day activities at transportation construction sites. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and superintendents to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality control.

Required 1–2 years of civil/transportation construction or related degree, strong communication and organization, and proficiency in MS Office. You must read blueprints and hold a clean 5-year MVR, with a location within 1 hour of Warner

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering or 1–2 years of civil/transportation construction experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Able to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and superintendents in daily execution of construction activities.
• Support project scheduling, cost tracking, and budgeting activities.
• Attend project meetings and assist with subcontractor coordination.
• Provide technical support in the field and office as needed.
• And other tasks assigned.
