Job summary

The Middlesex Corporation is a nationally recognized leader in heavy civil construction, providing on-site field engineering support to ensure safety, quality assurance, and project execution. You will review plans, coordinate CPM schedules, and help manage budgets and resources for complex highway, bridge, and infrastructure projects.

We seek a qualified engineer with field experience who can implement safety policies, support subcontractor coordination, and contribute to accurate cost

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree required.
• Two years of heavy civil field experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and BlueBeam; knowledge of HCSS HeavyJob is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site project execution and safety compliance.
• Coordinate project schedules, review plans, and track progress.
• Assist in development of project budgets, manpower, and equipment plans.
• Maintain daily field records, cost reporting, and RFI processes.
• Contribute to quality control and safety program implementation.
