Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent completed.
• Eight years of full-time maintenance or construction experience.
• Knowledge of safety and fire regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a crew maintaining, repairing, and renovating state property.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with state building codes and safety regulations.
• Read and revise blueprints; establish procedures for maintenance staff.
• Provide instruction and on-the-job guidance to crew members.
