Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in transportation or business management.

• Experience in budgeting, financial management, procurement, and human resources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual capital and operating budgets for the Division and coordinate with the Director’s Office.
• Monitor budget implementation and adjust to meet fiscal goals; approve expenditures for the Division's operating budget.
• Supervise administrative staff and oversee requisitions, invoices, and P-card purchases.
• Develop position descriptions, hire, onboard, and guide managers on disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
