Job summary

HNTB Corporation in Florida is seeking Intern Engineers to support Traffic, Drainage and Roadway projects. You will assist engineering teams, help with research, drawings and documentation under supervision, and gain hands-on experience in infrastructure design.

Ideal candidates are high school grads enrolled in an accredited engineering program, with basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program.
• Understanding of basic engineering, geometric and algebraic principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform basic engineering calculations and organize information for drawings or documents.

Responsibilities

• Assists engineer teams in various tasks and duties.
• Assists Engineer with research, development and design of projects.
• Assists Engineer with the preparation of engineering drawings and documents as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
