Job summary

HNTB is seeking a motivated engineering intern to assist assigned departments and project teams in Florida. You will support engineers with research, development and the preparation of drawings and documents, while gaining exposure to real-world infrastructure projects.

Applicants should be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary engineering program and hold a high school diploma or GED. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary engineering program.
• Basic engineering concepts understood.
• Ability to perform basic engineering calculations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assists engineer teams in various tasks and duties.
• Assists Engineer with research, development and design of projects.
• Assists Engineer with the preparation of engineering drawings and documents as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
