The role emphasizes CAD, data collection, field surveys, and traffic analysis, with a May 2027 start. Ongoing Civil Engineering study required, travel within our service area, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 4-year Civil Engineering degree with an emphasis in Transportation Engineering.
• Available to start May 2027.
• Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman’s service area (own transportation).
• Strong written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan Review and plan preparation tasks.
• Utilize CAD for transportation projects.
• Compute quantities and perform traffic analyses.
• Collect data and conduct surveys for design projects.
• Support construction inspection activities.
