Transportation Engineer/Project Manager minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of practical design experience in transportation engineering, highway design, and local street design. Candidates with additional experience are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of WisDOT design and standards is highly desirable.
- PE license in WI.
- Experience in business development and project development processes, including marketing activities, client development, project tracking and proposal development.
- Project Management experience with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and internal team members is necessary.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D software is a significant advantage.
Transportation Engineer/Project Manager responsibilities include:
