I am partnered with an award-winning, multi-disciplined firm local to Sioux Falls that offers a full range of services to both public and private sector clients, and they are looking to add a Transportation Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects, prepare and monitor budgets, project scheduling, etc.
• Perform business development to maintain and grow relationships with DOT clients and teaming partners.
• Participate in DOT workshops, meetings, and events.
• Provide support and project leadership for planning, design, and reporting on transportation projects.
• Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets, primarily for DOT projects.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of transportation experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally throughout South Dakota for business development and project meetings.
• Comfortable speaking at client and public events.
