The role emphasizes independent analysis, collaboration across disciplines, and ongoing development through our mentorship culture and internal R&D programs. A valid EIT is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in transportation planning or engineering.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in transportation, civil or electrical engineering, urban and regional planning, or related field.
• Experience applying transportation analysis techniques with increasing independence.
• Familiarity with software: Excel, GIS, CAD; traffic operations tools; modeling tools; programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks and manage projects, including coordinating scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare clear, well-organized technical reports, memos, and presentations.
• Mentor entry-level staff and interns; delegate, review work, and provide guidance.
• Assist with proposal efforts and business development initiatives.
• Balance multiple assignments while managing your own workload effectively.
