Job summary

H&H is seeking a Transportation Engineer to join our growing Transportation, Mobility, and Parking practice in the New York Metro region. This role focuses on planning, design, and delivery of multimodal transportation projects while supporting the continued expansion of our Transportation Group.

The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of municipal and private sector projects, including intersection improvements, corridor studies, and large-scale developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of relevant transportation engineering experience.
• PE certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational analyses and traffic simulations for multimodal projects.
• Lead design and analysis of intersections, roundabouts, and interchanges.
• Support transportation planning, traffic operations, and safety studies.
• Contribute to client development and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Apply NY metro area planning and CEQR methodologies where applicable.
